From breaking barriers as first female train driver in Scotland to earning a Criminology and Philosophy Degree whilst bringing up my 2 sons as a single parent, my journey has been anything but ordinary.
Years later I discovered my passion for KCR, which has transformed my life and the lives of others. For the past 12 years, I’ve proudly served as a practitioner, achieving many "firsts" within the KCR field. One of which was working within a group of 12 other Accredited KCR practitioners, to achieve a gold standard of care with FOTO (Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes). My commitment to making a difference drives me daily.
Not only, seeing clients become pain free, I love meeting new people from every walk of life.

Thank you so much Zoë, for the KCR Treatment yesterday. I felt an improvement straight away! After years of suffering with leg and foot pain, for which I could only be prescribed cocodamol which I won't take. After KCR, I spent the rest of the night pain free. Also, to my amazement I am now able to bend down and touch my toes. It's been a while since I've been able to do that! I recommend trying KCR

I have had Sciatic pain for 6 weeks and Anti Inflammatories were simply masking the pain. I could not walk around the block without pain. Got appointment with Zoë, 1 hour session and I feel great! The pain is gone and I feel so much better. Zoë your fab at KCR, knowledgable and easy to talk to. I had a fab time with the treatment, great value and I will be back soon. Everyone should give this a go its fantastic.

Thanks again for the KCR session yesterday Zoë, felt fantastic after it. I did have a great nights sleep, totally uninterrupted, which I haven't experienced in months lol. In fact the whole of yesterday afternoon all I wanted to do was sleep. The pain in my wrist from RSI?Carpal Tunnel was gone bu the time we finished and it hasn't come back so far. Just about to go out and about so I'LL let you know how my knee and hip holds out! (Gawd, that list makes me sound ancient lol).

Been a couple of weeks since I had KCR. I was on morphineand gabapentin for Fibromyalgia, Sciatica, Osteoporosis Arthritis and Carpal Tunnel. I have not had any pain killers since. the day I received KCR. I am also selling my mobility scooter as I do not need it any,more! I was practically housebound with chronic pain on tablets, I was effectiveely sleeping my life away. KCR was my last hope. My life has changed so much, I no longer need to use a crutch. It has given me my life back. Please don't live with Chronic Pain anymore, try KCR, it's a god send.

I was in a serious collision, whilst working in Iraq in August 2012. ......... It is a very long story, but, I was eventually diagnosed with, broken ribs, four crushed fractures to my thoracic vertebrae and even fractures to my sternum, this caused severe pain whilst breathing.
My doctor in Dubai found out they had tried to hold me flat and said I would have been paralysed from the chest down if they had succeeded.
After many different visits to GP, (who was fantastic and understanding) Spinal injuries Unit . We had reached the point where, my only option really, was pain medication.
I could not lift my head up, which affected my balance and constantly looked at the floor. This affected every area of my life.
My wife saw a banner in our medical centre regarding Zoë and KCR. I felt I had nothing to lose.
I will be honest and say that I was dubious, but just wanted to try anything.
straight away there was a difference in my mobility! Initially not much change to pain levels. I continued to see Zoë and receive KCR, after just 2 weeks (2 sessions) the difference is phenomenal!!!
Now ...... I am working again, my mood has improved immensely ( my family advise me lol).
I cannot believe this treatment is not a part of the NHS!!!
